Open Eye Gallery

Established in 1982, the Open Eye Gallery is one of Scotland’s leading private art galleries. Set in the heart of the New Town of Edinburgh it represents leading Scottish contemporary artists including John Bellany, Leon Morrocco, Barbara Rae and John Byrne.

The Open Eye Gallery has a varied exhibition calendar, showing paintings, drawings and mixed media works by emerging artists and those of the established school.  Applied arts including ceramics, jewellery, glass, wood and sculpture are also represented.  The Print Room in the Open Eye Gallery is dedicated to exhibiting modern, European and American printmakers.  Works include prints by Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Peter Blake, Ben Nicholson and David Hockney.
