Visionary artist Lawrence Abu Hamdan makes use of sound to investigate that which is not seen, but heard. In 2023, he founded the organisation Earshot, dedicated to the study of audio for human rights and environmental advocacy.
In this artist talk, he discusses combining the role of artist and investigator and offers an introduction to Earshot’s transformation of sound into a tool of justice.
