Fair Play

Fair Play is a collaborative exhibition by local children and the wider community, presenting an evolving fairground environment of sculptures across Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop’s North Lab and Courtyard. Bringing together imagined rides, attractions and playful structures, the project invites participants to collectively imagine and build their own fairgrounds together.

The initial sculptures were created through workshops with Primary 5 pupils from partner schools as part of Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop’s Schools Programme. Fair Play continues to evolve through contributions from families and visitors at drop-in Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop’s Sculpture Saturdays.
