Tell Me About It: Hard Labour creates a space for direct one-to-one conversations with people who have lived experience of sex work. Created in partnership with Scotland for Decrim, a grassroots campaign fighting for the full decriminalisation of sex work in Scotland, Tell Me About It, is one part of a larger multi-art form project, Hard Labour, in partnership with Arika.
Extending into the city, a streets-based poster campaign with BUILDHOLLYWOOD Scotland transforms public space into a site of reflection and solidarity, making sex workers’ histories, voices, and creative practices visible in everyday life. Accompanying events, both for sex workers only and the public, explore subjects from church occupations to intimate narratives of survival, care, and resilience.
