Access

EAF strives to prioritise inclusivity, safety, and transparency when it comes to access. Find out more about the facilities and resources available at the Festival below.

To make the Festival enjoyable for everyone, EAF stocks the following access resources:
→ Sensory kit, such as ear defenders, sunglasses, and stim toys.
→ Access equipment, such as magnifying glasses, reading overlays, and communication cards.
→ Medical masks, for COVID safety.

EAF Venues + Partner Galleries

EAF events and exhibitions take place across a wide range of unique locations, at our Partner Galleries and Venues across the city: from historic institutions to outdoor landscapes and intimate gallery spaces. While no two venues are alike, the below resources are available to provide more information about what to expect at each venue:

→ Venue Facilities: Information about EAF25 venue facilities and offerings can be found on our Partner Galleries + Venues page, as well as in our EAF25 Guide.

Euan’s Guide: Euan’s Guide provides detailed access information about local venues, sourced from visitors. Find the EAF Euan’s Guide venue guide here.

→ Access Information: All EAF-led event and exhibition pages include specific details of facilities, such as seating, language interpretation, potential sensory challenges, and more.

→ Access Requests: All EAF ticket booking forms include an “Access Needs” question, to request specific seating or other accommodations, which EAF will strive to provide.

Access Tickets

Ticket prices should never be a barrier to accessing the arts.

Our discounted Access tickets are dedicated to those who may experience additional obstacles to participating in the arts, such as d/Deaf, Disabled, or low income visitors — no questions asked.

With this discount, every event in the EAF-led programme can be enjoyed for £12 or under.

For those who would find paying any cost a barrier to access, the code ACCESS26 can be used to book free tickets to all EAF-led events.
